Faith Wiggins
Director
Faith Wiggins joined the Funds in 2002. She oversees the grant and collective bargaining training programs, the Basil Paterson Scholarship Program, the Citizenship Program and the English as a Second Language Program. Faith has over 25 years of leadership experience in community development, finance, healthcare and workforce development.
Frances Sadler
Assistant Director
Frances Sadler joined the Funds in 2014. She oversees the home care certification programs and grant-funded career ladder upgrade programs. Prior to joining TEF, Frances worked for many years on the operations side of the home care industry.
