Board of Trustees

The 1199SEIU Home Care Industry Education Fund is governed by a Board of Trustees made up of Union representatives from 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East and contracted employers. There is an equal representation of Union and Employer Trustees, although there may be unequal numbers due to absences or resignations. Employer Trustees are elected by contributing employers of the 1199SEIU Home Care Industry Education Fund, while Union Trustees are designated by the Union.
